Quick help
Screen Time access was not turned on
- Open CheckCheckRide and go to Settings.
- Tap Turn on Screen Time access and approve Apple’s prompt.
- If you previously declined, review CheckCheckRide’s Screen Time permission in the iPhone Settings app, then return to CheckCheckRide.
A ride app is missing or the reminder does not appear
- In CheckCheckRide Settings, tap Edit selected ride apps.
- Open Apple’s Travel category and choose each individual ride app—not the entire category.
- Confirm at least one app is selected. If your apps are currently unlocked, tap Lock ride apps now to restore the reminder immediately.
Ride apps will not unlock
- Open CheckCheckRide and confirm the Home screen shows your selected app count.
- Tap Unlock my apps. The apps should remain open for one hour.
- If the problem continues, confirm Screen Time access is on, restart CheckCheckRide, and try again.
Lock the apps again before the hour ends
On the CheckCheckRide Home screen, tap Lock them again. You can also use Lock ride apps now in Settings.
Change or erase your information
Edit selected ride apps from Settings. To remove all saved CheckCheckRide choices, the illustrative estimate, app tokens, timer, and shields, choose Erase all local CheckCheckRide data.
Device requirements
CheckCheckRide is built for iPhone and requires iOS 18 or later. Screen Time permission and app selection use Apple system features that are not available in the same way on every platform.
